Meditation

Meditation is a practice that helps you to be calm, focused, centered and at peace. It helps you tune out your daily living thoughts so that you can get in touch with your inner spirit.

Meditation also puts the body into a state wherein cellular repair can take place, as when you're asleep. Regular meditation can help take the stress and strain of daily life out of your body.

HA&A holds beginner sessions in guided imagery meditation. During the first part of each session, the instructor will guide participants to a relaxed meditative state using peaceful imagery. Once everyone is centered, the remainder of the session is done with soothing music and quiet meditation.

After meditating, you will feel peaceful, centered and reinvigorated.


Meditation is held on most Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm.
