Since 1994, Jean Kneebone has been caring for patients using acupuncture. She's a graduate of the Tai Sophia Institute (formerly known as the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Maryland), one of the nation's premiere acupuncture institutions, and is licensed in Maryland.

Jean's healing goal is to move and balance your Chi energy with needles. Treatment combines her knowledge of acupuncture as a healing system with your specific energetic issues creating a healthier you.

Acupuncture is one element of a wellness plan, Jean believes, and she encourages you to look at all factors that affect your health to improve your well-being.

Jean has also been specially trained in Advanced Detoxification through Acupuncture, Pregnancy & Acupuncture, and has received general training with several Acupuncture Masters.

In 2002, Jean expanded her holistic healing practice by becoming a Certified Reiki practitioner.

Jennifer Szymusiak has been practicing massage therapy since 1998. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner and a certified cranial-sacral massage therapist.

Connie Kauffman, M.Ac.. L.Ac., Certified Reiki Master

Connie Kauffman is a Harford County native, is a 2003 graduate of Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, MD and a licensed acupuncturist. She is an accomplished Reiki Master and is active in many healing groups in the Harford County area, as well as a member of the Flying Geese Quilt Club.

Fran Wyre, Certified Reiki Practitioner

Fran Wyre is a long-time resident and native of Harford County. She developed an interest in holistic practices because she has benefited personally so much from them. She became a Reiki practitioner as a way to share with others the healing benefits that she herself has enjoyed. Fran became a Certified Reiki Practitioner in 2002.

Tom Erline, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher

Tom Erline began practicing yoga to maintain flexibility to play sports. Over 25 years, his practice became increasingly meaningful. He trained for and received his yoga teaching certification in 2002 from Ahimsa Yoga Center in Baltimore, specializing in Hatha Yoga.

Tom loves teaching yoga and believes that it is very personal to each one who practices it. Yoga is a practice in getting to know yourself.

Tom is also a certified massage therapist specializing in Swedish, deep-tissue and myofacial massage. He attended Baltimore School of Massage, and was certified in 2002.

Cynthia Johnson, Energy Healer

Cynthia Johnson has lived in Harford County for 41 years. She is married, with two grown children. She became ill and tried western medicine for several years. She sought alternative healing practices to complete her healing. As she healed, she felt the power to help others grow within her. Now she sees that her illness reconnected her with universal energy as an intuitive energy healer.

She finds her work helpful to people who are stuck in their healing process, especially those with auto-immune diseases and heart conditions. She has also been able to help people experiencing various levels of depression. Her energy healing work enables her clients to reclaim their own healing process.
